Yoga war für mich von Anfang an eine tiefe, transformierende Reise. Es hat mein Leben grundlegend verändert! - es so viel schöner, achtsamer und fröhlicher gemacht, dass ich mich dazu entschlossen habe, diese Erfahrungen weiterzugeben. Seit 11 Jahren unterrichte ich nun und gebe Kurse, Workshops und Lehrerausbildung auf der ganzen Welt.

Yoga is more than just a strong physical workout: It is an ancient philosophy and a way of life! Yoga means "to join" or "to connect": We connect to ourselves internally and connect to others. We try to connect mind, body and soul – but we also connect with other beings on this earth, in the most kind and natural way possible.
