Bookings
After your booking request, we will check the availability of your desired apartment. If this is available, we will send you an e-mail with our bank details. The apartment is binding as soon as the down payment of 40% has been received on our account.
The rest is to be paid up to 14 days before arrival
Check in
The keys are handed over personally, with a briefing in the apartment, directly on site. One week before your arrival you will receive the contact details for handing over the keys. Check-in is possible from 4pm.
Check out
Check-out is possible until 11am.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning costs 80 euros and is to be paid with the rent 14 days before arrival
Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days prior to arrival. 50% 30 days before check-in. 100% 7 days before check-in
